Penderyn Icons of Wales No.12 Copperopolis is the twelfth release in the series
commemorating pivotal Welsh milestones. This bottling was inspired by Swansea’s
proud history as "Copperopolis" the global epicentre of copper smelting, and was
crafted at Penderyn’s new distillery in the historic Copperworks building. On
the nose, it offers floral and fruity aromas with hints of orange blossom,
peaches, and sweet vanilla, while the palate reveals a rich blend of honey,
caramel, dried fruits, and gentle oak spice. Bottled at 46% ABV, Copperopolis
delivers a refined finish of citrus, cocoa, and lingering dry oak.
